-
Involves the precise insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing, improve energy flow, and address a range of physical and emotional concerns.
-
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a handheld device to create tiny punctures in the skin. These punctures stimulate the body's natural healing process, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which can improve skin texture, tone, and reduce signs of aging by improving skin firmness, elasticity, and repair of fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks and hyperpigmentation.
-
Uses special cups placed on the skin to create a gentle suction that increases blood flow, loosens tight muscles, and encourages detoxification for overall relaxation and recovery.
-
A hands-on technique where a smooth-edged tool is gently scraped over oiled skin to improve circulation, relieve tension, and reduce inflammation in targeted areas.
-
Scars can restrict movement, cause chronic pain, and even disrupt the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body. Our techniques gently release tension and improve circulation around the scar tissue, promoting healing and reducing discomfort. This treatment is ideal for post-surgical pain, including cesarean sections, injury recovery, and any area with persistent discomfort associated with a scar.
-
Utilizes thin needles to target trigger points within muscles, releasing tension, reducing pain, and improving mobility by promoting the body’s natural repair processes.
-
A hands-on or hands-off energy healing practice where the practitioner channels energy to support relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical well-being.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body. The goal of acupuncture is to stimulate these points, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body to restore balance and promote healing. Acupuncture can be used to help alleviate pain, improve circulation, reduce stress, and treat a variety of health conditions.
-
Each session starts with a consultation where Dr. Ramsey takes time to hear your updates and understand your concerns and treatment goals. Following the consultation, you’ll receive customized therapies such as acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, gua sha, or reiki based on your needs. Sessions are designed to be relaxing and restorative, tailored specifically for you.

After an acupuncture treatment, patients can expect to feel a range of sensations, including deep relaxation, increased energy, or mild drowsiness. Some individuals may experience immediate relief from symptoms, while others notice gradual improvements over the next few days. It is also possible to experience an exacerbation of symptoms before they improve. Some patients may also experience emotional shifts, as acupuncture can help release built-up tension and stress. Staying hydrated, resting as needed, and avoiding strenuous activities, alcohol and heavy food after your treatment can support the body’s natural healing response.
