Auricular Acupuncture

Ear seeding is a non-invasive auriculotherapy technique that applies continuous, gentle pressure to specific acupuncture points on the ear using small plant seeds or metallic beads adhered with tape. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it stimulates nerve pathways that connect to the brain and autonomic nervous system to help alleviate stress, manage pain, and promote overall wellness.

The outer ear acts as a microsystem that contains a miniature map of the entire body, allowing targeted treatment for various physical and emotional concerns. Common points include Shen Men (or "Spirit Gate") sleep and Point Zero which helps restore overall homeostasis and bodily balance.
